You must be new then. He has been asked before what he does like several times by several people to NO answer. He will only answer people who validate his views. Even his signature is a gif of him looking like he is lecturing you why he is right.

I also didn't like the raid story. I thought it was predictable and I was seriously hoping that Crystal Mom was less involved.

I didn't start MSQ yet, and to be honest I'm not super excited for it.

But he isnt sticking around...he is unsubbing and resubbing for a new patch full of story. People do realize you can buy a finite amount of sub time to tourist a new patch then leave until new content right?

Also, what is this headcanon about taking off work to play the game coming from?

I will say the borderline hatred of Y'shtola is comedic.

I've made my positions as to the stuff I like clear in the past. I like Pandaemonium because it focuses on characters with more realistic motivations driving them without ridiculous childish humour which has now come to infest every other corner of the game. I enjoyed the writing of Heavensward and Shadowbringers but what we're seeing in Endwalker is too far removed from that.

My confidence has been utterly shaken and I don't know what to make of the state of things other than to continue to express my views occasionally. Though many would paint me as such, I'm far from impossible to please. Give me a decent story with good characters in a setting I can safely invest in without having it be ruined by anime despair nonsense or silly humour scenes. And yes, get rid of ineffective characters like Y'shtola.

Either way I did not take off work to play through what amounted to a few hours of a movie that went pretty much nowhere, but I suppose the version of me that lives on in some people's heads is extremely removed from reality as it is anyway.

It's also confusing because CBU3 is also in charge of FFXVI which has pretty much everything I want to see in FFXIV. Why does that game get to have the story quality and world we should've gotten here? I'll gladly take the bygone era Maehiro/Koji with the influence of Matsuno's works on the side over whatever is currently going on in FFXIV these days.

I always like tabbing into an Aveyond thread because it's always a massive dumpster fire. More entertaining than any Hildibrand storyline, for sure.

Remember how back in the 5.0 Shadowbringers MSQ we praised them for having so little filler? Seems they've done a 180 on that and are going hard on it instead of providing anything that would've been more meaningful. But hey there's the biased codex I guess but after the hilarity that was the Hydaelyn entry I decided I wasn't going to bother subjecting myself to whatever other subjective nonsense is added to there.

Well, Elidibus and Zenos are both dead, so we needed somebody to be menacingly ominous in the background, right?

Guild is back. It is like famous book Ring Lord 3 Return of the Madge King.

We are angry with many reason. Big reason is because of food. We say no to the delicious cheesie burger because of the high cholesterol. And now they bringing the tasty steamy bun to tempting the chara. Is evil game. When guild rewrite the patch 6.3 it will be with the health food only like the lowcal vegita. Take the note Ayybeyond. Must knowing this for the next German translate script.

We are also madge that chara and Scallion of 7 it is changing the Void 0 chara to remove the edgelord and make it the heartwarm story. Is not right. Is not fair. Is like taking the Game of the Thrones story and adding the fluffiest smallcat to it. Can not do this. Is influence of evil loprabbit. And evil writer. And now they making more story to supporting the Venar to humiliate guild. Is bad story. We are so angry at writer. Is not listen to us. Is not listen to the demand. Is not obey the guild. We losing all the confidence again for the 28 patch in the row. Will be 29 next patch. Will still sub to see next story and buy all mogstation cloth and post on forum all the day. Not because of evil cute loprabbit who attak the patch 635. No. Never. Okay maybe. But listen to guild orders. ok. OK.
