Yes.

The Mount isn't worth 4mil by any means.
Not only because of the generic Music. We already have far nicer 4 seaters in the game.
I have my MGP at the maximum (9.999.999) and I won't spend 4 mil on that ugly Mount.

The only other 4 seater obtainable in game is the ugly hover car thing no?



The ffxv mount was an event item and is no longer obtainable.

The event for the Regalia has been repeated.
I think many players will have it.

It's nice to have another option for a 4-seater mount in the game. Some people will love this, some will hate it, but hey, options are nice.

I know many people who've been MGP capped for months. 4mill is just a drop in the bucket for them.

I wouldn't call 4mil out of 10mil a drop in the bucket ;)

Phew, only 400k off. I haven't been to the Gold Saucer in what feels like years so it's nice to revisit the minigames.

I thought it be an 8 seater but the fact its only 4 makes it a pass. Guess they want to keep that exclusive to the p2w shop

I have the DRS Dog, Eden van, and FFXV car anyway.

You have to take into account how often they add high cost MGP rewards to the Gold Saucer. The previous one was the Sabotender at 2mil MGP, which was added in patch 4.5 (just over 4 years ago).
It really is a drop in the bucket for anyone who has MGP capped, because they'll likely be capped again (with minimal effort) well before the next big addition.
