I would simply replace oblation on drk with war's bloodwhetting. :D

It would be better than nothing, but I'd prefer if they moved away from heals and resses on DPS.

for PLD Replacing Shield bash with nascent flash. Why not "insert DPS move here"? because funny.

In reality if I wanted to go for something "balanced" I'd just replace divine veil for shake it off, I know they're similar but wars is much less annoying to use.
