I believe Runescape 3 also puts santa hats on their bosses doesn't it? I mean it is a cute idea and MMO's take from each other all time.

I don't think many bosses follow the traditions of All Saint's Wake.

Are you really telling me that Nidpogg didn't deliver gifts to little Ishgardian boys and girls knowing full well he was going to kill their friends and families, leaving them bitter and ready to lash out at the world?
