Several SMN actions missing from action list or have wrong/incomplete tooltips

They are not. The aspected spells prior to the Rites and Catastrophes are not in the Actions list at all. You cannot look up their potencies without going out of your way to enter combat.

doesnt surprise me SE forgot to add the tooltips for Ruby Ruin 3 etc, since they also just reused the VFX for regular Ruin 3, it looks exactly the same, they should have just had Ruby/Topaz/Emerald Rite/Catastrophe from the getgo, and have it upgrade in potency via traits the whole way, since it looks super scuffed at like level 60 to go from casting Ruin 3 to summoning Ifrit-Egi and then... Casting Ruin 3, but s l o w e r
