Can’t fail the mech if you never step into the fight

While we know this lalafell is a troll, and healers are no more valuable than anyone else in the group, I wouldn't go as far to say the healers mess up more often. That's simple not true. You would be surprised at the amount of mistakes that other people make which go unnoticed, bc the healer cleaned them up already before you even got a chance to blink your eye.
don't care, I will continue to lie about my prog point
I have cleared the savage tier week 1 by lying about my prog point
I never managed to get anywhere by being honest in my previous 2 years of raiding
This is the lamest attempt at riling people up I've seen in a while. Seriously, this is firemage tier lazy, lmao.
It should come as no surprise that people would lie about their progression to their own benefit. Sadly, it isn't like the server communities are small enough that a player would be blacklisted (and I don't mean the in-game chat option) across the server. A player that lies about their progression might be kicked by a group and then that player just scams another group. That's the Eorzea we live in. Doesn't make it right.
I feel the need to explain myself, as I have frequently engaged in progress skipping - successfully, mind you.
I am a genuinely fast learner and I use POV videos and guides to learn fights if I don't progress blind. I know, most do this, but I do this not only to understand the fight but also practice it.
Now, why do I do ? Because I am tired of people addressing themselves as "x prog" when the average person joining is clearly not practiced enough (reaching a point in a fight with four corpses twice is not your prog point) or is trying to do the skipping like me without having the remaining required skillsets to pull it off.
Ive joined statics this way. Sometimes I was honest and told them "you wont be able to tell the difference". Other times I told them after raid.
Im 100% part of the problem, but unlike people similar to me, others try to replicate, failing ofc.
Don't do what I do.
