Can we have blood added for 2.0?

It would be fine to add blood. It doesn't have to be gallons of blood and gore like there is in Dragon Age or Mortal Combat or anything. You could make it a lot more subtle, and perhaps example only for critical hits.

At the same time, I don't really care if we get it or not. It's would be a pretty unimportant change to me.

What are you talking about? This is FF, in this world people bleed numbers.

Blood in Final Fantasy?

Yeah, I remember lots of blood when Sephiroth killed Aerith, or Shuyin and Lenne were shot to death. Exdeath killing Galuf? Blood everywhere, I do remember that. Not to mention that every time a unit died on Final Fantasy Tactics, blood spilled on my screen.

Oh wait.

Because every final fantasy is exactly like the one before.
