What video game gives you a heads up of each cutscene duration prior...

Because the amount of time needed is going to vary based on different factors.
What language are you using? Some are faster, some are slower.
Are you using auto-advance or are you clicking to advance the cutscene after you've pondered what was just said?
If there is combat involved, some players will be quicker than others in completing it.
Some players will get interrupted by things outside of game, like phone calls and children.
Just plan for an hour. I can't think of any that have taken me longer than that, outside of the very end of post-ARR and that was only a few minutes longer. Most of the time, it should be done in a half hour and you'll end up with the extra time for other things.

The time thing is not an issue for me personally, but after putting myself in OP's shoes and trying to understand their grievance, then I can see their point of view.
Thier told to set aside time, they would like to know a ballpark measure of that amount of time at least, nothing wrong with that.
They don't have to give an exact time (I.e. 25 minutes, 43 seconds). A rough estimate (I.e. Approximately 25 to 30 minutes) would work fine.
