Issues with FPS since patch

Yesterday before 6.21 the game was running perfectly at a locked 60 fps even with many people in Gridania. In fact the game has always ran great for me for the past 2 years I been playing. This is the first time I have experienced micro stuttering in FF14. Basically as far as I can tell, the game now suffers from poor frame pacing issues.

I did a expert roulette and it does it in the dungeons too.

At first I thought I was seeing things but nope performance is kinda choppy now for some weird reason.

I went to the gold saucer as same things.

Again it's not an issue with "many people" seeing as the servers are literally dead atm.

It's a shame more people aren't talking about this issue. It's not game breaking for sure...but it is pretty annoying.

I lowered my resolution from 1440p to 1080 doesn't help, I lowered my graphical settings nope doesn't help. The micro stutters don't go away no matter what I do.

Turn off dynamic resolution, it's broken right now and causes huge stutters.

It is off. I never turn that option on. By "off" I mean the box is ticked off. Unless I need to tick it on to turn it off?

Something is wrong with the game ever since 6.21 launch.

Even when all of europe is sleeping and I go to an empty Gridania with all graphics turned to low or off at 1080p i still get the same big stutters for no reason. Its like the stutters are "built" in to the game now lmao. Keep in mind that before 6.21 launched my game ran perfectly at 1440p with max settings at 60fps.

Dynamic Resolution is still in Beta, make sure it is off. Grey filled is Off, Yellow is On.
