From Spain too and with movistar, problems started today so it might be a provider issue, i will contact them tomorrow if this hast solved itself by then. tho i hvae friends from other places like france with the same issue, so it might not be a Movistar issue only

Just talked to Movistar about it and, they are going to follow the useless protocol they always use, they will check from central, then send me a technician that doesnt know his job and will change the router, then after that doesnt work maybe i can talk to someone that knows whats really happening.
i also checked with other ppl in discord and some of them have the same issues from diferent companies.
i have no idea what do to at this point, SE is not responding to my ticket either. and i have no idea where to check if they even got the ticket because they didnt send a mail to verify that the issue is being seen at least

It's a problem at or around the datacenter in Sacramento. Bad router(s). Run a traceroute and you'll see what I mean.
