First of all, DRK will still be the most damaging tank of all.

The massive confiteor boost PLD just got is nowhere near the DPS DRK can output in difference.

That's a boost of 460 Potency per minute for the PLD, but before that patch he would need 650 to even get close to the GNB, So you still have at least 200 Potency per minute gain which seems more logical to me than that absurd difference from before.

You have no need to complain.

I mean sure give DRK more sustain, the tradeoff would be 10% dps. I'm sure every DRK would rejoice. /s

With a random PUG run an expert dungeon as a Drk, run an under 70 dungeons as a Drk, re do it as a War then come back with the sarcasm.

It's a minor patch, they're not going to do significant changes. All they did is tweak damage potencies, and Dark Knight is not the tank in need of more damage.

True they didn't need a DPS adjustment, but would adding a minor potency heal to our AOE weapon skill been too hard? would making unmened a wesponskill instead of a spell be too hard? This was a move we never wanted to be important that they forced on us and left it as a spell instead of a weaponskill. Minor changes that would help alleviate some of the pains Drk's have in dungeon content. Instead, they pillaged Drk's on the expansion release all because when it comes to raids we hit hard, great but we spend more time tanking in dungeons than raids.

Imagine complaining as a dark knight main lmao

Imagine having no coherent kit but being told it's fine 'cause the numbers you do are high.

If you can't keep yourself alive in a dungeon I really don't know what to tell you

It's fine for DRK to not get a full rework in a mini patch designed to stop people from locking PLD/WAR out of parties.

The Sarcasm on my part was that DRKs would rejoice to have their damage nerfed for that kind of sustain because in a raid environment damage is where it's at.
You can't have both. WAR has sustain which is amazing in dungeons but pitiful damage which is a big minus in raid content especially when a tight DPS check is involved. Pick your poison.
