Relic Weapon Revival (06/06/2012)

Considering you lose the 25k GC item when you get the Soiled Prommisory Note, it's likely that you'll have to do the entire process all over again in order to acquire another one. So unless you're the leader of an LS full of mindless slaves, choose wisely and not until the stats are revealed.

This is what many of us fear who have been grinding through this crap daily...

We were hoping for semi customizable weapons.

This is what I am concerned about, I saw that the graphics were released in a previous DAT but they were w/o stats.
Also I'm discouraged about their wording of " completion will not be possible until a future patch release", does this mean that we will be able to attain the weapons but not finish the quest so starting another quest for another weapon is out of the question? (better pick 1 you really want) or maybe they are up-gradable and will stay @ say lvl 1 till a later patch. DAT mining on the patch later tonight could be very interesting...

Those are Relics and not AF.. they wont be easy to obtain at all and since you have to finish multiple Steps and getting the 9 Seals is just the first, im kinda glad its "somewhat hard" to get.

Finally something to do, which im really after.

Judging by the image, it is the AF weapons that was promised before.

Yes, but im going by the Name, which is "Relic" on Lodestone and actually they fit to FFXI Relics i.e. the Axe is called "Bravura".

Yep, weapons better be very good (even if it needs to be upgraded to become good) or I won't bother with em.

Could anyone explain to me how to get these? I've been out of the XIV loop for nearly a year now and have gotten back into it, pretty sure I'll stay a while this time as well.

People mention Hamlet -- Is that like besieged? Could someone just break down the steps for obtaining one of these? :)

Yoshida said the "relic weapons" will be called legendary weapons in this game...its in the PDF files...i dont think these are legendary =/

wait they don't just hand it to me? so not worth the hassle then...
god forbid something as boring as legendary weapons actually take some effort to get amirite?
