Leve turn in at Old Sharlayan does not give options to turn-in the leve

any status on this?

I'd like to also report this. This is happening for Crystarium, Sharlayan, Ishgard and Kugane leve quests, and none of them are showing. They only show "cancel" on them.

are they working on fixing this or any turn around time. i went to two diff worlds and wondered why it says cancel and i have made several items to turn in

You have to abandon all leve quests but ONE. You can only hand ONE leve per quest atm.

also happening to me on gilgamesh while trying to turn in quests to ririphon at costa del sol

Same issue here on behemoth well at least I can turn one by one I was thinking on going for the collectibles, thanks for the advice

had the problem at 2 different npcs on 24 august after the new patch. literally never been a problem for me before and i've gotten like 4 leves to turn in at an npc before at once. removing all of them, or all but one doesn't help. it's a waste of my leve allowances and it's really annoying that square enix knows about this issue but doesn't try and fix it, or even refund our leve allowances when we have this bug. they're clearly choosing not to fix it at this point. apologies for inconveniences with no change isn't a real apology, we all learned this lesson as children. :rolleyes:

Not a fan of SE's tech skills. The game is fine for some, but to me if you can't fix your bugs quickly, get out of the business. They have no moderatorrs to answer any concerns on thier 1995 looking forums. It really is pathetic, I mean that. Not putting up with this anymore. Cancelled.

Having the same issue with Juliembert in South Shroud (6 leves to turn in).
But I don't have that issue with Ayled in East Shroud (2 leves to turn in).

It would be nice of people to calm down and just wait a bit longer, we'll probably get a maintenance with some hotfixes just before they release the new savage tier (or some time after).
Leve allowance caps at 99, so if you're not close to capping you can safely wait and not waste any by abandoning/retaking the leve you want to turn in.
