Well, people also supposedly enjoy staring at beeskees in 2B pants and some fake DJ acts for hours, so i guess some people are incredibly easy to please.

Performance in general sounds almost like Wii Music. And bard macros/auto play software basically midi jukeboxes. It nearly always makes me burst into laughter whenever I see people jumping with lightsticks to their sound.
But I shouldn't make fun of it. I, too, cannot help but start a mosh whenever I hear one_winged_angel.mid play on windows 98 quality.

i mean don't get me wrong, i'll listen to a person who is actually playing.

but i mean when you walk into limsa and see 15 people with similar names all being played via macros/scripts/addons? hate it. sounds like garbage. and i like chiptunes, midi music, etc since i'm old enough that once upon a time you'd open a website and a crappy midi would appear.
