I hear there could be a long lasting red colour if you do this, also a possibility of seeing 2 games at once if you are very lucky.

I cant find the rep response but Yoshi p has stated that you will be able to dye gear any color you want in 2.0 I will try to find the post for you.

It was another post explaining stuff how dyes works in this current version and what he wanted 2.0 to be like with dyes but i can't find that so this si the best i could find. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...l=1#post449062

I remember Yoshi saying something about having like 32 different colors with the basic colors being dyed from npc's.

I REALLY hope we can dye different parts of the gear like Guild Wars 2. That system is just awesome o.o
