Runar, no question because I have a Hrothgar bias c:

Runar always came off as creepy to me. G'raha was better as the more serious exarch rather than the boy scout fanboy he is now. So my answer is neither, both are bad.

Runar is my favorite pet ;P

Both have amazing souls and looks.

But I love Runar's more. Besides, he is a Hrotghar and since SE don't give a s... for them, I naturally fall in love more easily for him :)
