I don't know if this happens to the degree that OP says it is, but I have seen people using their Twitch stream to coordinate with their followers. If they get on the same team, the steamer will give orders using Twitch such as combining ults or calling out targets to kill. If they're on opposite teams, the followers will throw the match so the streamer can win.
Counter to this: Block players from playing with the same people for at least 3 games.
I mean made it to crystal on ps4 1st season going for that again maybe later but
Now on my ult got to silver in one day if you can tell me how to cheat there I would be happy to listen
But hey if your talking about my low rank character shooting to silver it’s more Smurfing then anything maybe that’s what your seeing
