New players wouldn't have anyone to do dungeons with if they choose to without roulettes. It's not just about veteran players giving guidance, it's about veteran players participating. People would primarily stick to dungeons where they can't solo clear for items or where they'd start spending a few runs per level.

We all know how people are. If there's no clear benefit to them then they won't participate.

No, people commenting on other people complaining about anything isnt at all strange. Happens all the time on the boards. And your commentary on the commentary ALSO comes up every time. The meta commentary-commentary im adding follows along often enough too. This is all following some hidden formula of the universe for better or ill.

This seems like the part where you should actually be stopping to seriously consider an actual answer. There's no force, no coercion, no obligation.

Sounds like there's only one person to blame here.

im at a point where i hate the first two lvl 50 alliance raids... you know what i did? i stopped doing alliance-raid roulette.

While not hating them on that level, I immensely dislike folks who don't have their main job rotation figured out by HW/Stormblood.

And I primarily mean you Black Mages who still use Fire/Ice 1 to swap between Astral/Umbral at 50+ in a fight. Or even worse, use Transpose. Read your tooltips.
