I have also wondered if there is a cultural aspect at play here. The Japanese are used to far smaller housing than someone who grew up in North America on average. I also suspect that someone in North America or Europe expects a larger yard with their house.Quote:

2. My FC and server/DC communities are too important to leave for something as relatively minor as a house. They could take my house from me and I'd be able to play happily. If they took my FC away from me I'd probably quit and never come back.

No one married to is on my server. They could fix it just by making instant housing. I have seen other MMO's with Instant housing and worked just fine everyone was happy.
