Is this cheating?

The only benefit from this is to not waste 15min of doing nothing. Sounds exploit-ish? maybe. Does it need to go away? no, gtfo.

i'd say that's an exploit. Certainly doesn't sound legit.

It will be classed as an exploit now and removed from the game.

Then introduced 6 months later as the 15min ability for Musketeer's Job when it is re-named Wild Card.

These post always make me laugh, it's funny that when smart people come up with flaws in the mechanics of the game because they use the knowledge they already learn from the game and try something out to benefit them that it is automatically a bad thing. This is happening in Diablo 3 right now. People figured out how to stun lock certain mobs so they couldn't move. Since this wasn't blizzard plan because inferno mode is suppose to be so hard. They just completely destroy the ability because people found a well thought out build that would be of utmost use for the job maximizing damage and control. God forbid that someone uses their brain. Is it a bad thing we try to think critically about the game. I mean Jesus, i guess your not suppose to do any type thinking in a video game. Just mindlessly roam the world using no brain cells.

Absolutely not. The mechanic allows 15 minute abilities to be reset, which part of the game the player wishes to legitimately attempt without cheating after this is entirely their own business. It costs them a leve, seems like a fair trade to me.

dev should remove the reset recast timer for leves or delete all the account who exploit to this? what's ur opinion OP?

They'll probably make it so if you abandon a leve all your timers go on full cool down after this.
