Haven't had any issues with FF14, all games I've tried have worked smoothly. Though I'm on a brand new machine, people that just did an upgrade might run into issues. I think overall the only Win11 problem I've had was sound related and I fixed it by disabling/enabling my headset drivers. (all sound on the PC was weirdly low quality and liked to cut out)
I did the upgrade when it was still in the Insider program. The upgrade was quick and had no issues. Just had to deal with the bugs since I'm an insider. FFXIV has run just the same as it did in Win10.
Been using W11 since October, Haven't had any issues at all. I did a clean install of 10 pro before upgrading to 11 because my installed copy of 10 partitioned my drive the old way, and the latest 10/11 builds partition the recovery portion differently than original 10 installs did. Otherwise I've had no issue and just keep all my software and drivers up to date. (For reference, I had to use a custom installer because my processor wasn't in the approved list, though better than most their weaker ones, nor do I run a TPM2.0 module) Just be sure to turn off Onedrive from syncing your "my games" folder from the documents folder.
11 works fine with FFXIV.
