A man can dream....

I know you SAMs are trying to look for any speck of hope, but I wouldn't look too hard into what Yoshida said. In the proper context he was discussing 3rd Party Tools and the whole World First debacle currently setting the General Forum on fire.
Honestly, it sounds like deflection.
"The community is pissed, we should do something! Oh I know, let's complain about third party tools. That way, between this and the housing issue we can ignore any DPS feedback."
Let's face it, the devs were never interested in feedback in the first place.
Doesn't mean we shouldn't keep trying. The quieter we get the more they can assume we like the change which we definitely do not.
I'm still hoping for an actual statement or something about SAM and job design. I want an actual answer or a reversion. Nothing vague and easy to debunk.
Yes. As much as I would like to hope that, Removing Kaiten, Putting Ninja's party damage buff on mug, Nerfing Expedient (and then shoving scholars in a locker for being nerds), and other changes were viewed as "mistakes". I don't think that's what he is adressing.
yep and you and i will never see anything about any job feedback whatsoever cause they ignore every kind of feedback no matter what (even if they made such horrible horrible mistakes).
look at the healer community, DK community, mch community and now sam community:
0 potency adjustments made check,
removing skills ,some for no reason, without compensating for such skills check,
have gameplay and responsiveness issues go through an entire expansion without even acknowledgement check and check.
oh and lets not forget Yoshi now famous line : if you don't find your job exciting go play ultimate, so yea.....enjoy.
:(
Yet another housing announcement and still zilch on peoples' grievances with their job design. I stand by my conclusion that they don't actually care about feedback and were just hoping to placate folks into compliance.
I'm still waiting on the refund for my SAM gear tomestone deposit.
I used tomes mostly for my tank and bought gear off the market board for SAM. Not in anticipation of this, but because I was undergeared for pandaemonium when it first dropped and friends wanted me to join.
But boy am I glad I did. I only spent a few 100-200k for most of my set.
I wish Tomestones weren't so limited for so long, but on one hand it makes sense. On the other, having the ability to refund it sounds like a huge QoL
