Oh man this whole situation is getting under the hardcore players skin. Perhaps coloring books and a safe space is in order. :) I think I have an idea of a safe space how about players are forced to move to their regions data centers and the forums should be changed to region only. Having never had kids this seems like the most reasonable way to get a working child lol. Frye and Laurie did a sketch about sex ed in the school where Laurie basically ended up asking for a new kid because his current one was tainted now haha.

One of the things I hear happens in the US is the parents blame the school and teacher for their child's bad grades and storm into the school to scream and yell at the school staff rather than hold their child accountable for their behavior.

Sure one can always go play another game. For every feature that falls short just play a different game, and pretend it's some really mixed up mmo.

People have a right to hate since they pay and this aspect of the game is pretty busted imo.

Doesn't really solve the core issue of people in FFXIV wishing to participate in a highly publicized system and then providing feedback that it ought to be easier to participate in.

Kinda like if a Raid only allowed so many entrants, the solution isn't "play another game with a raiding system you like less, with aesthetics and other design philosophy that doesn't jive with you" it'd be to let the raid have as many entrants as people interested.

And thats why it would be great if someone from the EU/AU like yourself instead of being on NA servers like Ultros and dealing with people in the US they should change the system so you would be forced to play on your own regions servers then you won't have to deal with us. Even though its optional right now to play on your own data center and for some reason you choose to play with people you hate.

I'd rather they fix the system they have. Also no people shouldn't play other games. They should keep making noise and refuse to drop the subject until a fix is actually made.

The people telling them to stop complaining about wanting SE to fix a broken system are part of the problem. You are arguing against your own interests which is absolutely senseless.

To clarify, people telling them to fix the housing system are asking for something that would benefit the entire player base. You should be right alongside them demanding changes.
