1) Rememeber to activate Rampage.
2) Open with Antagonize -> Hit -> Provoke -> Flash -> Rampart
3) Boost the enmity from your first combo with Sentinel.
4) Use Featherfoot and Foresight whenever they're up. The same goes for Provoke, Flash and Rampart, unless Antagnoize is about to come off cooldown, in which case you'll want to wait for it.
5) Use Sentinel, Second Wind, Bloodbath and Vengeance according to your judgment to get extra enmity/damage/mitigation.

Note that Vengeance does not give enmity even though it can deal a ton of damage. It's strictly for mitigation/DPS. Sentinel boosts your enmity but only enmity gained from damage dealt (and possibly hitpoints healed?).

There you go! There isn't much else to straight tanking.
