There's nothing to defend when SE themselves admit they've screwed up. As one of their stout defenders, I can't slap my forehead hard enough when the prosecution team presents a very compelling and damaging case, and my client proceeds to concede to all of it

Let's be realistic about SE rather than being in either extreme. Ghost contestants winning lotteries and a widely impopular pvp mode can't be seen as anything than a bot of a snafu
