You need to understand that a) in-game support does not use the forums as part of their job and the b) you need to submit reports in-game for in-game issues. Make an in-game report. Posting on the forums about it isn't going to accomplish anything.

If reporting bots did something more significant it wouldn't be an issue I'd think. :P The problem is that you will see bots pretty much.. everywhere, and even though you can report, report, report, you'll see the same bots still there, which is why you'll see threads like these pop from time to time. It's more for visibility + frustration, and you can especially feel that for Eureka players since it affects gameplay.
sounds about right
I play on Zurvan from NA,Like playing a solo MMO even Limsa is dead most times.
What I do see is bots lot and lots of them.Gotten to the point that when I hear them go "0" ,I‘ll go 1,2 ect.
What is the point of them saying 0? Always wanted to know that.
I've never seen bots ever say anything in chat unless they're RMT spam bots in capitals. It could be some kind of weird attempt at avoiding any automatic detection methods that might be in play...?
I've started noticing some...innovative bots that are using more erratic movements that makes them a bit harder to distinguish from actual players, but they still exhibit other red flags like targeting things through walls and/or from extremely far away so it's kind of a moot point.
As I've said from the start, the longer SE delayed Materia housing, the longer the bots have had to level up more and more shell FCs for RMT.
"0" is the default keybind for objection interaction/confirmation. (if you use a keyboard and want to give it a try, face a Summoning Bell when you're close to it and hit 0 a few times to see what happens).
If a bot keeps saying "0" in chat, then something has gone with their script. Likely they are not close enough to what they want to interact with or not quite facing it correctly.
I think Zurvan will be safe enough for now (2 months from now will probably be a different story).
But Sophia definitely, and probably Sephirot, will be having some serious RMT problems due to their populations. The streamer crowds are filled with whales who don't think twice about spending real money and RMT is going to focus on those players.
