Your link explicitly states Aurum Vale is still valid. Because it also gives 48 points. Base. Extreme trials only give 48 during bonus period.

As long as we're bumping this, while Vale might still be the most optimal, I would also say none of the resources take into account Toto-Rak's redesign. Very streamlined, I like it a ton more than Tam-Tara now.

Tam-Tara is definitely old advice, replace it with Toto-Rak, if you can't stand more Aurum Vale.

The absolute best might even be getting a couple others together to unsync Syrcus Tower, if you can 3-man it. But... nah, that's probably still a lot longer and slower than any dungeons, even with the extra light.

Recently did the Zodiac relic for my level 82 white mage.

Stone Vigil's redesign means it's pretty quick to get through, around 2:15-2:30 depending. Aside from having to turn around after the second boss, you don't stop running until the door before the final boss. On white mage this meant building lilies constantly, so I'd Swiftcast Glare -> Assize the first boss and one-shot the remaining bosses with Misery, with an additional Assize and Holy towards the end to clear the trash mobs before opening the boss door.

All that said, I've seen people claim Aurum Vale clear times in the 1:30 range, so if you can manage that, then so much the better. And Thornmarch or another Extreme trial will be fastest overall if you can reliably clear in 30 seconds and don't spend too much time between runs--unless one of the quick dungeons is on bonus, but even then it depends on how fast you can actually clear the quick dungeon in question.
