Why can low level alts purchase FC housing?

That's the way it is now. But why is it that way and why does it have to stay that way? You can't even buy an FC room until you are level 50 and gotten to second lieutenant with your grand company.

But you can be lvl 17 and purchase an FC house with the rest of your FC being no higher than lvl 2? This is an oversight. And my opinion going forward is you must meet the same requirements as you would to be allowed to buy personal housing once the changes are implemented.

SE please. To buy lotto tickets to purchase an FC, it should be that the ticket buyer is at least lvl 50 and has gotten their rank with their grand company to second lieutenant. The same requirement to buy personal housing, apartments, and FC rooms.

Not really a point to even try buying when multipe characerts are used to buy the same plot with a clickbot, your chance to get it is a fraction, a clickbot can do multiple purchase attempts in the same time you can do one.

The RMTer who spawned this thought process of mine has been busy since I posted it. I know they've gotten a large home on the Diabolos server, and are selling it for real life money atm. Today they managed to grab the first house to pop on Balmung in weeks. And you guessed it, it's now for sale on their RMT sales page.

Lately the only way to get a house on Balmung is if you buy it from him with actual cash. And since houses opening up are few and far between on that server, he's also active on smaller ones.

I know another two dozen (or more) reports were filed on him today. But hundreds have already been filed and he's still active.

SE, YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY READ THE REPORTS, INVESTIGATE THEM AND ACT ON THEM.

Maybe if and only if (trying to stay within the ToS here) if only there was some way for us to share the offending information on a publically accessible website that multiple people could somehow, tag the company who they're trying to get the attention of

It's almost like hundreds of people have already gone this route and their reports just died somewhere in the void after hitting 'submit'.
