FF14 should have a global chat system

With how easy is to trigger player a chat like that will be pure gold 100% guarantee. I don't think the world is ready for such magnificent spectacle. For now novice network should do I'm afraid.

OMG this would be amazing. Tired of typing /shout every 5 minutes.

Sometimes the drama in this game is more entertaining then the game itself. Yes please!

Counter idea: there should exist a zone in the game where rules don’t apply for chat. You can say whatever you want to others in the zone with no repercussions. Don’t like it, don’t go to the zone. Like a verbal version of the purge.

Or alternatively, a sub page of this forum that is similarly lawless.

(Obviously won’t happen, I know.)
