Unable to world transfer to Bismarck

Think im good on everything in the list at this point. Will probably re-try in a hour or 2 and see how it goes. Just thinking its weird that I can't see the world in the list.

Someone showed me their list and it had the world on it in between 2 other worlds which I can also see in the exact same order on my list but it is missing Bismarck.

Have you logged into Bismarck before? It wont appear unless you have. Dont need a character, just need too access it on your account once.

Yes I've accessed the character creation on the screen before on the Bismarck world. Just waiting to see if a GM can inform what is missing.
