How long before free game time is added?

I hit level 30 more than 12 hours ago. Before you bring up the '24 hours' line, that line also specifies 'in the event the Management system is under maintenance,' which it was not. Also note that at least one other person in this thread is having the same problem I am, and someone else has already received theirs.

We did just come out of maintenance and it also states logging in and or changing areas... just give it a little bit of time and have some patience if you don't get the added time in a week then message SE about it. There are a lot of people hopping over and changing servers.

That maintenance was before I hit 30, given I hit 30 on the OCE servers than the maintenance brought online. I have also relogged twice, and shifted areas a half-dozen times. I will concede, though, that SE's systems are probably being stretched by the sheer volume of free game time being handed out, so I may just have to wait. Thanks for trying, it's appreciated.

In the meantime, I've upgraded my sub from Entry to Standard, so at the very least, I don't have to stress about deleting the alt. Given pro-rata rates, it cost me all of two fiddy, so it's a decent fix.

Have you previously participated in any server balancing initiatives that also gave the same free game time?

Cuz if you've previously created a character on a world that fits the requirements in order to receive free game time, it's only a one time thing.

Keep in mind that those bonuses are once per account, not any time you create a new character on a New or Preferred World.

If your main or any other alt you might created in the past were created on a New or Preferred world then leveled to 30, you likely already received the bonuses. It used to be fairly easy to verify on Mogstation by looking at account history but recent changes to the site seem to only display payment history now. I couldn't find a way to check free time granted to my account in the past (other than seeing a change in billing date for my recurring sub) when I was looking at it a few weeks ago.

To my knowledge, I've never been on a New World, so I don't think that's it. It's especially unlikely because I did get the 1m Gil, which is also once per account.

It would especially nice if there was a method to actually check such things.
