How much have you grinded for one pice of glamor?

Max leveling dungeons, including old ones, unfortunately don't follow this formula of getting a guaranteed piece for my class, which makes it infinitely more frustrating. I had spent over 30 runs to get the healer robe from Antitower during HW, before we got the dyeable crafted version with SB. At least I had instant invites on healer.
But ever since then, the most I've done is do a couple more savage turn 4 runs for the dyeable chest after I was done getting BiS. Not much of a glamour farmer these days. I loved some of the Nier raid models but the thought of actively farming it instantly turned me off. I got lucky with the tank chest piece but I've never stepped in them after doing them once to unlock them.

37 runs for the Skallic Jacket of Casting.

28 runs for the Lakeland Coat of Casting.

Not a lot tbh, I consider myself lucky.

For some reason you don't get freebies on dungeons that are on the 10's (50, 60, 70, 80 etc), but the others will drop a free piece that you don't already have, so hang onto pieces as others have mentioned.

Skallic Jacket of Casting......I ran that dungeon around 75 times before I got it. Was the biggest headache and I will NEVER not use that piece on at least one of my casters.

Skallic coat of fending... I ran it so many times. I have over 100 counted because I was keeping track for salt and pepper seals and how much I made. And then Endwalker gives us a reskin of it... mother fers.

I was well over 150 runs of Skalla for the healer shirt when I gave up. Only reason I eventually got it was due to the moogle tome event.

Weeping City of Mhach like 40-50 times for the healer pants. Still worth.

There are still dungeon drops I've never been able to get. The current loot system was not put in place until ShB, so in dungeons prior to then it is total RNG.

Oddly enough though, I was just running Vanaspati several times on my MNK trying to get the chest piece. I think I ran it four times because I didn't want to out level the MSQ too much trying to get it. I got nothing but accessories during those runs. Then I run it one time on my SCH, and I score the chest piece for my MNK.
