I have to agree if just because the normal difficulty feels patronizingly redundant at this point.
Deep Dungeons.
Current casual players should get on the cases of the lazy players that want everything nerfed because they can't be bothered to push more than a couple buttons or move their character during a fight. The nerfs they caused with their endless whining have stunted your skill growth as a player making various content seem harder than it actually is. >.>
No thanks. Normal mode was fun this tier. Not too bad, some spicy mechs to keep things interesting. If you want to argue for Savage to be harder, then do that.
First make P3 less irritating to look at, then we can discuss the actual fight.
Alternatively:
Ultimate raids -> Hard
Savage raids -> Normal
Normal raids - (merged with Normal)
Extreme trials -> Easy
Normal (max level) trials -> (merged with Easy)
Normal (leveling) trials and (Heavensward) Hard trials and Normal dungeons -> (remove Hard designation for the trials and remain undesignated (Very Easy behind the scenes))
Hard dungeons and (ARR) Hard trials -> (replace Hard designation with II instead (same difficulty as Very Easy))
This makes no sense. What do you care about the label. If you can access hard enough or easy enough content to match your gaming preference for yourself that is all that should matter.
Normal mode players don't get the savage stuff at the same time. That's actually what makes it fun to rock some savage gear and what makes it look cool.
I cannot impress upon you enough how very unfun this would actually work out for hardcore raiding
