If you've never been able to view it since creating the account, chances are you accidentally entered a number wrong at the time of creation.

Have you tried calling Support to get it fixed?

Not reviewing mine since its been the same since I started my account in 1.0.

And what if its the scammers n phishers that are changing people's account info to stop them regaining access?

You cant change the name manually.

Mine has not changed since V 1.0 beta , but i did log in to keep them happy .
Interestingly it wanted my birthday to let me access the sensitive information.

Hmm.. only thing not quite accurate on mine would be my last name, only because I've gotten married since creating the account and didn't bother with the hassle of sending in documents to prove a name change for a game account. If they made it easier I would.
