That is the only solution to the problem!

I said it in the non-Troll thread and I'll say it here: making leves performance-based is the happy medium.

Either remove the 15 minute timer and allow the leves to be completed sooner or remove the cap on the bonus for going above and beyond the condition of victory. That way it's all based on how good you are and not just handing everyone more seals per hour.
