I miss the unique animations like Exalted Detriment, Shadowskin, Brutal Swing, etc.. I’d be all over shared role actions with the job specific animations. They’re still the same action but they return the job flavor versus being the same (which can clash with job aesthetic—sorry, but Rampart just doesn’t fit DRK at all, and I really miss swinging my axe around in a circle to stun a mob).
They did it with Peloton to reflect job flavor. Don’t see how they can’t do it with some of the others just to make things less the same.

I wish they'd move them to the main job actions window so people start noticing them and use Esuna and such more often. Something like this:

I like it, could have traits to upgrade them later on so it doesn't mess with the system too much. More things to make jobs unique is always welcome so long as it doesn't mess with balance too much imo.

OP: Your ideas are clever, though several of them are imbalanced. An oGCD stun with 0 cooldown is way too good. No Job should be able to stun for free, that is, with no cost in cooldown, time spent executing the stun (including a GCD), or MP cost.
The criticism you've heard is correct. You don't want to make the shared tools better for some Jobs.

Ehhh, I would be down if they were cosmetic changes only, there's a reason why shield bash is almost completely useless while Low Blow isn't. If they just made job specific animations for them, sure.
