I believe the best thing they could do is shed some light on what's going on as far as servers and services. Not hearing anything from the Dev Team can make people uneasy.

They probably don't have an update. "still no change" isn't much of an update.

Regardless if there isn't any changes, the more communication with the player base regarding servers and services would be a good idea. Even if the msg is exactly that. People need reassurance that things are still being worked on.

Well, if the issue lies with getting server hardware (like for the new data center or to upgrade/reinforce the current ones), could be that SE is still waiting for an update on when they’ll get said hardware themselves.

Indeed new hardware is needed for the servers but, what does that have to do with world transferring? As I said earlier, some info would be nice from the Devs

World Transfer service is likely still suspended due to the extreme congestion a lot of servers are facing. It’s still fairly common to be in 2,000-3,000+ queues during peak times; and as that hasn’t died down yet, I doubt they’ll open up servers to transfers until it does. It would only exacerbate the issue. As someone else explained prior, it’s very likely this congestion could cause hung ups in the server transfer itself, resulting in characters being inaccessible for an extended period of time.

The information was already provided. And as the situation that led to the suspension hasn’t been alleviated, it logically makes sense for the service to still be suspended. Explanation isn’t really needed when you think about what is going on and consider the current state of the servers and log in queues.

You know what make congestion goes away, enabling world transfer so we can transfer to less populated DC.

This excuse it is disabled due to congestion is BS, please give us an update SE.
