Home World Transfer should have a 50% discount when they re-enable it

I don't think a general discount would be the way to go, but we probably need free transfers to rolling preferred worlds pretty soon

There are no preferred worlds. There aren't even any designated as Congested. The implication is that they're all pretty much equally full.

Not sure why anyone would expect a discount for transferring if everywhere's full and they don't really want/need players to transfer.

When OCE happens, yes, likely free transfers will be enabled, either for everyone across the board, or at least to the data center.

Fingers crossed they do open up for 6.05, tho. Congestion sure does seem like it's letting up, surely shouldn't be too much longer that it needs to be restricted.

Actually its very likely theyll make it straight up free if/when they add new worlds or data centers. Though its prolly only if you are moving to one those new worlds or if you were coming from a congested world kind of deal.

Gotta actually enable it first.
