I like healing in FFXIV...but something bothers me.

How could anyone find enjoyment spamming one button…. Just play a red mage at least you can still heal and Rez or at least a summoner

This is why healers need a real dps rotation

I mean, people like what they like. That said, you shouldn’t be healing on a RDM in any sort of normal circumstance. And, unfortunately, the developers won’t give healers more damage options for the same reason they won’t increase the amount of damage for healers to heal: the lowest common denominator healers “wouldn’t be able to handle it”.

Its still better than E10S giving entire party damage down when somebody made mistake on voidgates.

While it sounds harsh maybe Bozja "twice-come ruin" is best approach - clear signal when somebody makes mistake and clear punishment.
