The best housing system was wildstar (instanced housing plot, connected with other properties if you invited them so you didnt have to see other peoples ugly houses or bot owned houses that sit empty for years or month)
combine these two into FFXIV and you'd have a near perfect MMO.
Gw2 dyes became account bound forever once you unlocked them, with the ability to use them without limitations or added costs. Think of it like the saved glamours in the wardrobe system currently in FFXIV but not needing crystals to apply them.
Also the huge amount of dyes. Dyes were split between material and quality: cloth, leather, metal: common (white), uncommon (green), & rare (gold)- some of the dyes are a little excessive because it puts into perspective how many shades & tones of one color exists. I do wish we had more variety of dyes as a whole.
