What will win out: Limsa or Sharlayan?

Limsa will always be king. You can’t server hop from anywhere but the three starter cities, and Limsa is the only one close to the MB.

Generally I would go with Sharlyan got everything you need and won't have any RMT spammers BUT you can't server hop from there which may keep Limsa as my base

Omg Sharlayan by far, can't stand Limsa Hoe-minsa anymore.

limsa will still be what it is, can't go to expansion areas on freshly made alts and whatever everyone is always doing in that plaza does include a lot of level 1's

Between the two, Limsa will always be the place to gather.

However, Gridania has my heart. The music, the city of the woods vibe, etc... you'll find me sitting there by the aetheryte, just chilling, whenever I don't have the spoons to actually do much in game.

If a lalafell bites you it means you did something to invade her personal space. To avoid this, you should let the lalafell be the one initiate contact.

The best way to do this is to simply spread your arms wide, indicating you would like a hug. This puts the decision to be touched upon the lalafell.

If she doesn't hug you, don't press the issue. The lalafell has indicated she doesn't want to be touched.

However, if the lalafell does hug you, you have made a friend for life. At that point, you won't ever be bitten unless you really, really deserve it.

Old Sharlayan. The music is mood.

Limsa will still dominate. However, I hope they continue to expand the NPC's and vendors available in Sharlayan in order to make it more appealing. It is aesthetically, and musically, superior.
