I got hit by the same issue - submitted a ticket for livechat support (EU) and was told to fill this form (https://support.eu.square-enix.com/s...a=2&h=729633fa) which the help agent said is needed for them to escalate it.
Received a email reply the next day (approx 24hrs later) saying it was resolved and i was able to successfully key the registration code in Mogstation.
Hope everyone else can get this issue resolved soon!
haha just tried to get on live chat for help redeeming my endwalker code, always opens up on opera browser but then tells me live chat isnt available on opera . i dont even use opera this pos company uses it . 5000 in queue , so sick of this shit now, RIP

log into mog station (not on opera browser) then navigate to it through support senter , then there is a link for if you have a problem with your endwalker registration.
i got an email after opening a ticket like the player above ( yuumei), i had to turn my vpn off but it registered properly now. gl
