Free Trial players clogging up queue?

on the really congested servers such as those in the EU for instance, I suspect there are -very- few windows without congestion.

I don't even think the free trial players can get in the queue. I vaguely recall the last time there were massive queues, someone with a free trial sharing that they just got an error every time they tried to connect.
