False. You have been compensated 7 days. If after 7 days you are not given additional compensation and you still are unable to play, then you can complain about a lack of compensation.

Wonder if they have a planned limit for max compensation already in mind. I don't see this getting fixed for a month or so tbh.

Until they get new physical servers there is no fix without the population dropping similar to what happened to PSO2 NGS. Server overload effed that game for weeks then the population dropped significantly. So a month? Sure if people stop playing because they didn't renew their sub, but if they try to keep playing the lottery game of who gets in during peak hours this isn't going to be remedied for months. If you suggest cloud servers they already said no. It's not feasible for the game after experimentation. Also it's more expensive.

Well my situation on sargatanas is only 1-4k in que every day, always losing some hours of game time. But after that late in night the que is pretty much back normal. But It's still a-lot of lost hours and It's not even as bad as other people are experiencing. Some people have que's and errors so much that they simply can't play.

I wonder if they realize giving sub time to inactive accounts might actually flood the gates more?

to clarify, I'm not angry or anything with the queue times, but my tamanegi heart goes out to all afflicted. It's helped me to just sit next to the pc with a guitar and look over at the screen every few mintues while I play. Some people may not be able to do that what with kids and such, but just what works for me to get through it.

I feel like if the inactive people wanted to play endwalker, they'd definitely already be in those que's ever since early access

They may not be like "I want to play EW", but may be like, I'll try to hop in and rekindle my interest. But regardless, I'm glad "something" is getting done.

I was content before the free time had been offered, but I can understand some of the angst of people not able to play. Some of my fc just not even bothering to log in at all because of the queue times, but we all stay in touch on discord. It is what it is tho. Hoping for awesomeness.
