HQ Ore

Perception: help to get more high rank items , you will get more cobalt, electrum, darksteel ore etc, therefor you get more hq ores.
Also you have know the sweets moments of weather for each item, i do a lot mining and know for example sandstorm is good for hq electrum, the better is you experience it and look the change of moon and weather, Althoug it is very theorycal , in the practise have results.
when you know the exact point of succes of each item, the only important is keep 114 of each atributte, and max perception and vitality keeping the balancing.

I did test bracelets, and yes is some useful , but not worthy for 15-20M people is paying in my server for it. (i sold it because get it is not so dificult).
