They did make an announcement about if you're I believe afk more then 30min it boots you completely

Atleast you even getting to the queue

Well the 2002 error is something they put a limit on the login servers so if you are getting that thats due to a anti server crash measure they put into place

I don't blame them for the queues, server crashes, login errors, etc. They are getting SLAMMED, but they're doing what they can. It sucks to have to wait so long, but in my case, once I finally got in at least things worked fine. I remember the Stormblood launch with Raubahn EX locking everybody out of MSQ progression. Knock on wood, but I haven't seen anything like that yet this time around.

Hot Take: If you're going to ask for extended game time, I think it's more fair to ask for it whenever they do a scheduled 24-hour maintenance that totally shuts the game down for a full day. Obviously they need to do it for a reason, but the end result on our end is that they are taking a day of game time away from us on purpose, so I think it's the least they can do. I don't want Yoshi-P to post an apology video about it or anything, but a brief mention in the maintenance announcement like "Don't worry, we won't dock you for the lost day" would be appreciated.

It's clearly just Endwalker growing pains, it'll let up.
