I seem to find new great places every time I turn around, but right now I'm quite fond of Nym amd the general Outer La Noscea area for cool shot backgrounds, and the various wooded areas in the Fringes (and I think there's a good one in The Peaks too) for cool foreground stuff~ (especially if you can catch it on a misty morning)

The Iron Feast in the Dravanian Forelands, especially for an "old, forgotten" theme. Il Mheg IS beautiful, but might be too "whimsical", outside The Sanctum of the Twelve is also very pretty, as is most of the Sylphlands (there's what looks like an abandoned Altar there, with the Sylph's emblem, the Goldleaf Dais), the Dravanian Hinterlands may also serve you, with the abandoned Sharlayan houses, especially the Arboretum or the Library.
One of my personal favorites is right in the Central Shroud. I really like the entrance to Everschade with the guardian tree in the background. It's fun to experiment there with different weather and times of day, just because I really enjoy the composition.
