Me too (like to think that would include the bunch of friends I have made in the game), chances are I wouldn’t return, I have put something like 6-7 months into the game, they just auto-billed a second 6 moth sub. They are kinda letting me dangle a bit I have not heard anything back. Surprised I can still post here… my guess is if I log off, I won’t be able to get back on. Especially because I immediately publicalky fessed up, embarrassed myself all to give other players a warning.

The fact I immediately came here, fessed up to my mistake (rto great embarrassment I might add) and tried to warn folks may be completely ignored. I HAVE had a character permanently locked when I really was not at fault (and could explain why) but SE dig their heels on and continually refused...

Yeah once they have control of your character, they log in and send out mass tells from a different server, where less people know your character, (why you found yourself on another server). The name of the character sending you this tell is a legit name, but that character is being controled by the phisher. Best thing is to tell those you know not to follow any link sent in tells asking you to log into your SE account.

The whole thing took place in the space of maybe less than an hour or two.. I was in the process of changing my PW at the same time my FC mates were writing me (on our discord server) I was hacked. And now it's been 2 days now and I seem to be left hanging... yeah I did a dumb thing (and admitted it) but I also very quickly corrected it. I am even scared to call them up to ask the status...

This is probably the last time I will be able to contribute anything... they are 100% unresponsive to my plight, it's been over a week and I have no response. It was a phishing scheme that I got caught in (that I rectified within the hour it happened) that has got me perma-banned. I am banned because I was a victim. Never mind that I can claim to be well liked in the community (over 150 player commendations in 6 months AS a DPS) and a positive to the game (I have legitimately recruited 3 people to join the game).

All along I was honest and straight up, took responsibility. TRIED to warn the community here despite how embarrassing that was to me personally. Think I have something north of 30 days playtime but none of that matters, does it? The people who hacked me faced zero consequences, so let's massively punish their victim.
