It is a bit odd that combat voices are wholly unused for non-RDM casters.
I think attaching to them to certain spells that aren't used super frequently like Afflatus Misery and Xenoglossy or certain instant casts like Art of War would be logical.

I would immediately become a Caster main and never look back!
And anyone who dislikes this can go into the settings and lower / turn off voice volume. Not that I imagine it would be a big deal. People already can't hear each other "Ha!" and "Hey-a!" in battle very well and I cannot believe some muttering would fare much better.
Not every melee attack comes with a voiced grunt or shout, so not every spell with a cast bar would have to either. This doesn't have to be an incessant chant.
And, as above, I don't see how this could get more annoying than the melee characters shouts (which I'm sure we all tune out just fine... when we can hear them).
Ok if you want more voices you should get them. But I vote for a button to toogle off the combat voices then. Everytime I stand near a BRD and their voice is kinda high it just annoys me. Some voices are just creepy. Thinking of a raid full of uuuhhh AH! YA!!! Brrr!! Nah, that's not for me.
Add them just for LBs.

Sorry! Ill play quieter :D
On a fun note, though, I did pick Archer/Bard mainly because of Archer's experience and the fact bard is always depicted as that guy just doing noice, and it should not be considered music. *Remembers the old Asterix and Obelix movies
So the fact that your saying this about BRD is so fun to me.
