1. Make it automatically scalable, adding new wards when demands for it
2. Make houses auto-shared with your own alts on same server
3. Leave the current "neighborhood" system as is
4. Make it so you can sell your deed back to the game instead of being hold hostage for 45 days
5. Raise the indoor and outdoor item limitation and gardening plots (there is no reason to cap it at 1/2/3).
•Increase the storage for housing items
•Increase items that can be placed around the house
•Allow us to place items on lofts without using glitches
1. Large houses get from 400 items inside to 1000+
2. Bigger apartments or addon housing to current one, so eg it will be 3-4 rooms, of course at a massive cost.
3. No need for housing glitches, by having a fully built in system in where to elevate and do whatever with your items in any angle inside the house.
4. Be able to own the same house on all my alts, or additional alt tenant system asides from adding a friend or two.
